Will it send things without asking me?

Only if you want it to. By default, anything that leaves your accounts (emails, posts, payments) waits for your approval.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe the task, we can build it. You'll get a plain-language summary of what your bot does.

What about my data?

Your bot only gets access to the accounts you connect, and you can revoke that access at any time.
